Assignment

Atlantis Educational Center is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent from you. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms, except with the prior written permission from Atlantis Educational Center. Any such assignment or transfer without Atlantis Education Center’s prior consent shall be null and void. 

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Atlantis Educational Center and you in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to your use of this website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. CEU AND CREDENTIALING

The institution provides Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for nurses and healthcare professionals. The CEUs offered are approved by the CE Broker, (CE Broker Tracking #: 50-28506) which is a state-approved CEU provider in the United States. The institution does not hold any other accreditation for its courses or programs.

  • Course completion requirements:

To obtain CEU credits, you must complete the entire course and meet any other requirements outlined in the course details. The institution may also require you to pass a final exam or complete a course evaluation.

  • Accreditation information:

The CEUs offered by the institution are approved by the CE Broker, which is a state-approved CEU provider in the United States. The institution does not hold any other accreditation or recognition for its courses or programs.

  • Use of CEUs and credentials:

The CEUs earned from the institution through CE Broker’s approval can be used to fulfill the CEU requirements of your professional license or certification. However, it is your responsibility to verify whether the CEUs are accepted by your licensing or certifying body. The institution does not guarantee that its CEUs or credentials will be accepted by any third-party organization.

  • Limitations or restrictions:

The institution reserves the right to modify or cancel any courses or programs at any time. The institution also reserves the right to revoke CEUs or credentials earned by individuals who have violated any of our policies, including but not limited to the Code of Conduct.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Payment:
All fees and charges for courses, programs, and services offered by Atlantis Educational Center are payable in advance. The institution accepts payment by credit card or other payment methods specified on the website.
  • Refunds:
Once a student accesses any course, program or service offered by Atlantis Educational Center, the institution does not offer any refunds under any circumstances. In the event that Atlantis Educational Center cancels a course or program, the institution will provide a full refund of any fees paid in advance.
  • Deadlines and Restrictions:
If you notify Atlantis Educational Center of your withdrawal from a course, program or service before accessing any part of the content, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable fees or charges. Requests for refunds must be made in writing

CODE OF CONDUCT for Atlantis Educational Center Students

  1. Respect Others – Treat your fellow students, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy. Do not post offensive or discriminatory language or harass others in any way. This includes harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.

  2. Academic Honesty – Do not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or any other form of academic dishonesty. Submit your original work and give proper attribution for quotes and sources used in your papers and assignments.

  3. Participate – Engage actively in the course and respond to instructor and peer feedback. Contribute to class discussions, and ask questions when you need clarification.

Therefore, we have established the following limitation of liability policy to protect the interests of our students and the institution:

PROGRAM AVAILABILITY POLICY for Atlantis Educational Center

Modification of Courses/Programs – Atlantis Educational Center reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any course/program for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient enrollment, limited resources, or changes in State requirements. We will make every effort to communicate such changes to students as soon as possible and work with them towards finding an alternative solution or refund.

  4. Refunds – In case of Modification, suspension, or cancellation of a course/program, Atlantis Educational Center will offer the student a full refund of the course fee. Please note that such refunds may take up to 30 business days to process. All refunds shall be processed into the bank account, the details for which shall be furnished by the student.

  5. Availability of Customer Service – Atlantis Educational Center’s customer service team is available to answer any queries related to course/program availability, state-specific requirements at all times.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM POLICY for Atlantis Educational Center

At Atlantis Educational Center, we offer mentorship programs to support new or existing entrepreneurs in developing and achieving their business goals. Our mentorship programs are designed to provide guidance and resources to help our mentees succeed. However, to ensure a fruitful mentoring experience, both mentees and mentors are expected to adhere to the following requirements:

  1. Requirements for Participation:

Participation in our mentorship programs is open to all students of Atlantis Educational Center. Standard courses for the program may be a pre-requisite. The mentee should have a defined business idea or plan that he/she wants to work on with the mentor. The mentee must commit to being an active participant in the mentorship program and follow through on the action steps agreed upon with the mentor.

  1. Responsibilities of Mentees:

Mentees must take ownership of their business development process and be willing to implement feedback and advice provided by their mentor. Mentees should come prepared to each mentorship session with a clear agenda and specific questions they would like to address. Mentees are expected to respect the time and expertise of their mentor, have an open and positive attitude, and be receptive to constructive criticism.

  1. Responsibilities of Mentors:

Mentors are expected to provide guidance, support, and resources to help mentees achieve their business goals. Mentors will commit to regular, scheduled meetings with their mentee, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and provide honest and constructive feedback. Mentors are not expected to provide financial support or invest in the mentee’s business.

  1. Duration of Mentorship:

The duration of mentorship programs may vary depending on the mentee’s needs and progress. However, typically every mentorship program must have a start and end date that is agreed upon by both the mentor and mentee.

  1. Termination of Mentorship

Atlantis Educational Center reserves the right to terminate the mentorship program at any time if it is found that mentees or mentors are breaking any agreements or not following through with actions. Also, either the Mentee or Mentor can request to terminate the contract, however a 2-weeks’ notice is required in such cases.

By participating in our mentorship program, you agree to follow the policies and guidelines stated in this policy. Atlantis Educational Center reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS POLICY for Atlantis Educational Center

At Atlantis Educational Center, we respect intellectual property rights and are committed to ensuring that all content and materials used in our courses/programs are in compliance with applicable copyright laws. This policy outlines the intellectual property rights of Atlantis Educational Center and the restrictions on the use, reproduction, or distribution of any course materials, videos, or other educational resources:

  1. Intellectual Property Rights – Atlantis Educational Center owns all intellectual property rights to any content or material created by its staff or agents in the course of delivering our courses/programs, including but not limited to, videos, lesson plans, course outlines, and materials.   3. Attribution – When referring to any course materials or content owned by Atlantis Educational Center, students must acknowledge the source by citing Atlantis Educational Center appropriately.

  4. Restrictions on Redistribution – Students may not distribute or sell the course materials or content owned by Atlantis Educational Center in any format, including online or offline. Sharing of these materials with non-enrolled persons is also prohibited.

  5. Consequences of Violation – Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action by the institute, including suspension or even termination of membership. Atlantis Educational Center reserves the right to seek legal remedies and claim damages for any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of its intellectual property.

RECORDING POLICY for Atlantis Educational Center

At Atlantis Educational Center, we respect the privacy and intellectual property of all instructors and students. This policy outlines our rules around the prohibition of recording instructors during lectures or any other activities related to course instruction:

  1. Recording of Instructors – The recording of Atlantis Educational Center instructors and their course materials or content is strictly prohibited without the prior, written consent of both the instructor and the institution. At Atlantis Educational Center our course materials, content including classes, lectures etc. are our intellectual property and are governed in accordance with the Intellectual Property Policy referred above. Any unsolicited and unwarranted use of any recorded content shall amount to a violation of Atlantis Educational Center’s IP rights and will warrant legal action at its instance.

  2. Consequences of Recording – Any violation of this policy, including recording instructors during lectures, may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, termination of membership, or legal action by the institute, as well as potential legal consequences for the student.

  3. Exceptions – Exceptions to this policy, such as recording for disability accommodations, can be made with prior notification to the instructor and approval by the institution.

  4. Contextual Permission – Instructors retain the right to offer audio visual recording of certain activities, lectures or any other activities they conduct for coursework after ensuring all students get appropriately notified about the same. However, students need the express stated permission of the Instructor followed by obtaining written consent from Atlantis Educational Center before reusing such recordings.

  5. Confidentiality – Any audio, video, or other content created or used by Atlantis Educational Center instructors, staff or students is considered confidential and may not be shared outside of the course or program without prior written consent from the instructor and the institution.

By enrolling in our courses/programs, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy. Any violation of this Recording Policy may result in disciplinary action by the institute, including but not limited to, suspension or termination of membership. Atlantis Educational Center reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice at any time.

MEDIA RELEASE POLICY for Atlantis Educational Center

At Atlantis Educational Center, we require students to submit a wide range of assignments and projects to support their learning and development. In some cases, these materials may also be used in our newsletters, website, and other promotional materials for marketing and educational purposes. This policy outlines the rules and expectations for students while releasing media content to Atlantis Educational Center for such purposes.

  1. Media Release – Students may be asked to submit videos, photographs, audio recordings, or other materials that will be used by Atlantis Educational Center for marketing and educational purposes. By submitting these materials, students grant the institution irrevocable permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and share these materials with appropriate context and citation.

  2. Consent – Before using student-submitted media content, Atlantis Educational Center will take appropriate steps to gain the students’ explicit written consent for use. If consent is not given or students decide to revoke consent later, we will comply with their request and remove the content from all promotional and educational materials. Students may communicate their preferences through the respective email address provided to them for all communication.

  3. Anonymous Works – In certain cases, students may submit anonymous works through a self-assigned pseudonym. In such cases, Atlantis Educational Center will not identify the student’s name or any other personal identifiers in content shared through its media and promotional material.

  4. No Obligations – Students submitting works are not obligated to submit materials for promotional or educational use by Atlantis Educational Center. However, when submitted, a student will be subscribed to regular newsletters and promotional materials.
