At Atlantis Educational Center, we offer mentorship programs to support new or existing entrepreneurs in developing and achieving their business goals. Our mentorship programs are designed to provide guidance and resources to help our mentees succeed. However, to ensure a fruitful mentoring experience, both mentees and mentors are expected to adhere to the following requirements:
Participation in our mentorship programs is open to all students of Atlantis Educational Center. Standard courses for the program may be a pre-requisite. The mentee should have a defined business idea or plan that he/she wants to work on with the mentor. The mentee must commit to being an active participant in the mentorship program and follow through on the action steps agreed upon with the mentor.
Mentees must take ownership of their business development process and be willing to implement feedback and advice provided by their mentor. Mentees should come prepared to each mentorship session with a clear agenda and specific questions they would like to address. Mentees are expected to respect the time and expertise of their mentor, have an open and positive attitude, and be receptive to constructive criticism.
Mentors are expected to provide guidance, support, and resources to help mentees achieve their business goals. Mentors will commit to regular, scheduled meetings with their mentee, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and provide honest and constructive feedback. Mentors are not expected to provide financial support or invest in the mentee’s business.
The duration of mentorship programs may vary depending on the mentee’s needs and progress. However, typically every mentorship program must have a start and end date that is agreed upon by both the mentor and mentee.
Atlantis Educational Center reserves the right to terminate the mentorship program at any time if it is found that mentees or mentors are breaking any agreements or not following through with actions. Also, either the Mentee or Mentor can request to terminate the contract, however a 2-weeks’ notice is required in such cases.
By participating in our mentorship program, you agree to follow the policies and guidelines stated in this policy. Atlantis Educational Center reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
